Terms and Conditions for Okapolio Partnership Referral Program

  1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Okapolio Partnership Referral Program (“Program”). By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Okapolio reserves the right to modify, amend, or terminate the Program at any time, at its sole discretion, without prior notice.

  1. Eligibility

To be eligible for the Program, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Okapolio reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and may disqualify you from the Program if it determines, in its sole discretion, that you do not meet the eligibility requirements.

  1. Application and Acceptance

To participate in the Program, you must submit an application and be accepted by Okapolio. Acceptance into the Program is at Okapolio’s sole discretion, and spots are limited. Okapolio may decline your application for any reason or no reason at all.

  1. Referral Process

Upon acceptance into the Program, you will receive a unique reference number. You must provide this reference number to potential clients that you refer to Okapolio. Okapolio will track referrals using the unique reference numbers, and you will only be eligible for a referral fee if the referred client closes a deal with Okapolio and the project is completed.

  1. Referral Fee

For each successful referral resulting in a completed project, you will receive a referral fee equal to 10% of the total project cost. Okapolio reserves the right to modify the referral fee structure at any time, at its sole discretion.

  1. Payment Terms

Referral fees will be paid within 30 days after the completion of the referred client’s project. Payments will be made via a method determined by Okapolio in its sole discretion. You are responsible for providing accurate payment information and for any taxes or fees associated with the receipt of the referral fee.

  1. FREE Services

Participation in the Program may grant you access to FREE services, such as mentoring, branding, and software development. Okapolio retains the right to evaluate and decide, at its sole discretion, who can obtain these services for free. Okapolio may change, modify, or terminate the availability of these services at any time without prior notice.

  1. Confidentiality

You agree to keep confidential any non-public information about Okapolio, its clients, or the Program that you may learn during your participation in the Program, and not to disclose such information to any third party without Okapolio’s prior written consent.

  1. Termination

Either party may terminate your participation in the Program at any time, with or without cause, upon written notice to the other party. Upon termination, you will no longer be eligible to participate in the Program or receive referral fees for any referrals made after the termination date.

  1. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Okapolio is located. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Program shall be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or arbitration, as agreed upon by the parties.

By participating in the Okapolio Partnership Referral Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
